Jennifer Bradway is senior vice president and corporate controller for Ecolab Inc.
Jen Bradway is senior vice president and corporate controller for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. In this role, she has global responsibility for Ecolab’s finance, planning and analysis, accounting and internal audit functions.
Previously, Bradway was senior vice president of Finance for Ecolab’s Global Institutional business, where she led a global team of finance associates focused on driving profitable business growth. Since joining Ecolab in 2012, Bradway has served in financial roles of increasing responsibility within Supply Chain and Institutional.
Bradway served as the co-executive sponsor of Ecolab’s Finance Development Program, doubling the size of the program and expanding it to four additional Ecolab locations during her four-year tenure. She also has served as chair of Ecolab’s North America Finance Talent Council. Bradway currently serves as a board member of Face to Face, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based non-profit serving homeless youth.
Bradway has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, and an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. She is a certified public accountant (inactive).
