This page contains information about Matching Gifts, Dollars for Doers and Board Leadership programs.

Ecolab’s Matching Gift Program encourages and rewards Ecolab employee and retiree involvement in the communities where we live and work. Through the program, Ecolab partners with employees in support of eligible educational institutions (accredited pre-K through university)  through matching contributions, as well as with other eligible 501c3 organizations where employees volunteer and/or serve on the board of directors through our bonus programs.

The newly upgraded Ecolab Giving Site is very near completion.

We can't thank you enough for your patience as we test the final items to make sure the site will work properly for our Retirees.

For now, please hold on to your donation receipts for the Matching Gifts to Education Program and continue to track any volunteer participation that could be eligible for the Dollars for Doers and Board Leadership programs.

  • Matching gift receipts will be accepted back to October 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018 for the 2018 Matching Gift to Education program.
  • Matching gift requests are due by Nov. 30 each year for processing in that calendar year.
