Ecolab’s Matching Gift Program encourages and rewards Ecolab employee and retiree involvement in the communities where we live and work. Through the program, Ecolab partners with employees in support of eligible educational institutions (accredited pre-K through university) through matching contributions, as well as with other eligible 501c3 organizations where employees volunteer and/or serve on the board of directors through our bonus programs.
We will use this information to add you to the database of eligible users which is updated on a weekly basis. You will have access the week following confirmation that your information has been successfully added.

Matching Gifts to Education
Ecolab will match your contributions (whether your contribution is cash, check or securities) to an accredited school at a minimum of $50 to a maximum of $1,000 per employee per calendar year.
Ecolab will donate up to $200 to a qualifying 501(c)3 organization where you volunteer 25 or more hours in a calendar year.
Ecolab will donate up to $500 to a qualifying 501(c)3 organization for which an employee serves on the Board of Directors (excluding churches) per calendar year.
In accordance with Ecolab’s Code of Conduct, contributions will not be made to organizations that discriminate on the basis of gender, race, ethnic origin, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, other personal characteristics or conditions protected by national, state or local law.
